Keep playing Wild Women.
What an amazing range of work ... it all looks fabulous. It looks as though you all had a wonderful time.
ReplyDeleteUnfortunately I had to leave early. Well done Wild Women look forward to the next meeting. Hopefully I'll have done some gold block printing for my quilt.
ReplyDeleteUnfortunately I didn't take photos of your stamping before you left. Be sure to post your gold block printing! It looked amazing.
DeleteSounds interesting Lilyan - would love to see some photos:)
DeleteThanks, Carolyn,it was indeed a great fun day and we all produced some interesting and colourful work. Just for interest, the 'champagne cork' was a plastic cork from an Italian wine. It worked like magic on Carolyn's piece as a black print and on my black demo cloth in Setacolour Superwhite, as recommended by Sue Dennis. Lilyan may be able
ReplyDeleteto source some more of these corks.
It never ceases to amaze me the effects you can get from everyday items!
